The 41st State Conference of All India Central Excise Inspectors’ Association, Kerala Circle was held at Hotel Apsara Palace, Kannur on 7th and 8th of May, 2009. The Open Session held at 11 AM on 7th was inaugurated by Shri. K.P. Nair, Superintendent of Central Excise and former President of the Association. Shri. N.P. Padmakumar President, AICEIA presided over the function. Shri. Arun Zachariah, Secretary, welcomed the gathering. Shri. K.V. Sreedharan, President, Kerala Central Excise Ministerial Officers Association, Shri. Asokan, President, Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers, Kannur District, Shri. S.K. Jamal, Secretary General, All India Central Excise Group D Officers Federation felicitated the meeting. Shri. P.V. Narayanan, Unit Secretary Kannur proposed the vote of thanks. The business session held discussed various issues concerning the cadre. The meeting elected the following new set of office bearers. Shri. R. Vaidyanathan : President Shri.
